6. Intellectual Property

• Founders retain ownership of their ideas
• By submitting content, you grant PitchIT a limited license to display and share for matching purposes

7. Confidentiality

While we take reasonable measures, we cannot guarantee confidentiality once information is shared with investors.

Users should avoid sharing sensitive IP without protection (e.g., NDA).
